potato pizza.

Today... I'm thankful for potato pizza. It's oh so yummy and it's really simple to make. Here's the recipe so that you can be thankful for it, too.

potato pizza

ingredients:
2 potatoes
1 package of jiffy muffin pizza crust
alfredo sauce
bacon bits
cheddar cheese

First you make the pizza crust as the recipe on the back of the package instructs. While the dough is prepping, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Then grate up some cheese.

When the crust is ready to go, spread on some alfredo sauce. Add your sliced potatoes and cover it all with cheese. Sprinkle some bacon bits on top and put it in the oven for about 18 minutes. Cooking time will vary based on the thickness of your crust and potato slices.

Enjoy!
